Contractor Lead Agreement
This Contractor Lead Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Direct Roofing Solutions (“Provider”) and the undersigned contractor (“Contractor”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Provider will deliver roofing leads to the Contractor.
1. Lead Definition
A lead is defined as:
- A connected call with an actual homeowner interested in a roofing service, regardless of qualification for the My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) program.
- A voicemail left by a call transfer.
- A set appointment within the parameters given by the Contractor. (Contractor may opt out of set appointments upon setup).
2. Lead Delivery and Refunds
- Leads will be delivered between July 10th and August 15th, 2024.
- Any leads not delivered within this period will be refunded at a rate of $100 per undelivered lead.
- Should there be an increase in qualified leads, current contractors in the program will have the first right to purchase additional leads before new contractors are brought on.
3. Setup Fee
- An initial $350 setup fee is required. This fee is non-refundable once the Press Release, support graphics, and qualification process have begun.
- If the Contractor does not meet the qualifications set forth, their lead package will be refunded, but the setup fee will not be refunded.
4. Contractor Qualifications
The Contractor must meet the following qualifications:
- The owner must be the license holder, or an active (day-to-day operational involvement), experienced partner/employee if using a qualifying agent.
- Must have been in business for at least 5 years.
- Must provide proof of insurance, including both worker’s compensation and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.
- Must have a Google rating of 4.4 or higher.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Pasco County, Florida.
6. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
- This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
- If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
